Redpanda Village bags and accessories are handcrafted individually. Some of the dyes may rub off a little due to the nature of things. Our team checks for defects before shipping out to you. But if you are not happy with your order, we'd like to know why. We want you to be satisfied with our products even if small adjustments have to be made.
Unused items can be exchanged within 7 days, or applied towards a shop credit. Please contact us immediately if you wish to do so.
